About the Role

A high-impact individual contributor role. You will own your territory, build a strong pipeline in the SME and enterprise segment and work closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and manage a pipeline of SME and enterprise accounts
  • Pitch Hemiton’s EOR, payroll outsourcing and temp staffing solutions
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting to demo to negotiation to closure
  • Collaborate with delivery for smooth onboarding and post-sale handoffs
  • Maintain CRM hygiene; weekly pipeline reporting to Sales Head
  • Represent Hemiton at industry events, HR conclaves and trade shows

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience; preference for HR tech or HRO sector
  • Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets
  • Self-starter with strong territory planning ability
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM / HubSpot)

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience selling EOR, payroll or staffing solutions
  • Network in the HR or Finance decision-maker community
