About the Role
A high-impact individual contributor role. You will own your territory, build a strong pipeline in the SME and enterprise segment and work closely with the delivery team to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and manage a pipeline of SME and enterprise accounts
- Pitch Hemiton’s EOR, payroll outsourcing and temp staffing solutions
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting to demo to negotiation to closure
- Collaborate with delivery for smooth onboarding and post-sale handoffs
- Maintain CRM hygiene; weekly pipeline reporting to Sales Head
- Represent Hemiton at industry events, HR conclaves and trade shows
Requirements
- 2–4 years of B2B sales experience; preference for HR tech or HRO sector
- Excellent communication and consultative selling skills
- Track record of meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets
- Self-starter with strong territory planning ability
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho CRM / HubSpot)
Nice to Have
- Prior experience selling EOR, payroll or staffing solutions
- Network in the HR or Finance decision-maker community
