Form 16 (Part A and Part B) is issued by 31st May every year, as mandated by the Income Tax Act. We file quarterly TDS returns (24Q) on time — Q1 by 31 July, Q2 by 31 October, Q3 by 31 January, Q4 by 31 May. Employees can access Form 16 via the self-service portal immediately after issuance.
