The Founded

Logicon Group — where it all began

Logicon Group was established with a vision to deliver reliable facility solutions across India. What started as a single operation grew into a pan-India network — building the operational backbone that would one day power global workforce services.

Expanding into payroll & staffing

Logiceye — payroll outsourcing & temp staffing

Recognising the growing demand for managed workforce services, Logiceye was launched to offer India-focused Payroll Outsourcing and Temp Staffing solutions — laying the groundwork for what would become Hemiton Global.

Going global

Logiton Group — international deployment

As clients began hiring across borders, we built our Employer of Record framework from the ground up and took our first step onto the global stage.

UAE & Saudi Arabia — GCC debut

First international EOR deployment. UAE led the way as GCC demand surged, followed swiftly by Saudi Arabia.

Singapore & UK — APAC and Europe unlocked

Singapore opened Southeast Asia; UK launched European hiring. Full CPF, RTI & PAYE compliance from day one.

USA & Vietnam — 7-country footprint complete

Invested in technology and launched our dedicated account manager model.
