The Foundation
Our journey began in 2012 with the establishment of Logicon Group.
At a time when businesses were seeking dependable workforce partners, we focused on delivering manpower and temporary staffing solutions across industries.
We built our reputation on reliability, responsiveness, and a deep understanding of workforce management. More importantly, we built relationships that would become the foundation of our future growth.
The Evolution
As our clients expanded, their workforce requirements became more complex.
They needed support beyond staffing. They needed payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, workforce administration, and operational excellence.
To meet these evolving needs, we launched Logiceye Resource Management in 2019, a dedicated entity focused on workforce management and business support services. This marked an important shift in our journey from supplying talent to managing entire workforce ecosystems.
The Opportunity
The post-Covid pandemic world accelerated global hiring. International organizations wanted to access India’s talent pool quickly without the complexity of establishing legal entities.
Our clients asked for a solution.
We responded by introducing Employer of Record (EOR) services in India. What started as a client requirement soon became one of our strongest growth engines. We began helping overseas companies hire, onboard, manage, and pay employees in India while remaining fully compliant with local regulations.
