About the Role

A generalist HR ops role combining internal HR support with client-facing delivery. Ideal for someone who loves process, documentation and getting things done.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding for internal employees and EOR/staffing workers
  • Maintain employee records, contracts and HRMS data
  • Track leave and attendance and manage exception reports
  • Coordinate monthly inputs for the payroll team
  • Assist in temp staffing placements: JD coordination, offer roll-outs, background checks
  • Support HR compliance audits and documentation reviews

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce or related field
  • 1–3 years of HR operations or HR coordination experience
  • Working knowledge of HRMS tools (GreytHR preferred)
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with ability to multitask

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in a payroll outsourcing or staffing company
  • Understanding of PF, ESIC and basic statutory compliance
