About the Role
A generalist HR ops role combining internal HR support with client-facing delivery. Ideal for someone who loves process, documentation and getting things done.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and offboarding for internal employees and EOR/staffing workers
- Maintain employee records, contracts and HRMS data
- Track leave and attendance and manage exception reports
- Coordinate monthly inputs for the payroll team
- Assist in temp staffing placements: JD coordination, offer roll-outs, background checks
- Support HR compliance audits and documentation reviews
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Commerce or related field
- 1–3 years of HR operations or HR coordination experience
- Working knowledge of HRMS tools (GreytHR preferred)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with ability to multitask
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in a payroll outsourcing or staffing company
- Understanding of PF, ESIC and basic statutory compliance
