About the Role
You will own strategic enterprise deals, manage key prospect relationships and collaborate with the marketing team on demand generation. This role reports directly to the CEO.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and win new enterprise accounts (500+ employee organisations)
- Own strategic proposal writing, RFP responses and C-level presentations
- Build and manage a team of 2–3 sales executives
- Define go-to-market strategy for new geographies and verticals
- Track competitive landscape and feed insights back to product and delivery
- Quarterly revenue forecasting and board-level reporting
Requirements
- 5–8 years of B2B sales in HR outsourcing, staffing or SaaS HCM
- Demonstrated ability to close ₹50L+ deals
- Strong executive presence and negotiation skills
- Experience building and managing sales teams
- MBA preferred
Nice to Have
- Existing network with CHROs and CFOs in manufacturing, BFSI or IT sectors
