About the Role

You will be the single point of contact for EOR clients, managing everything from offer letters and onboarding kits to exit formalities and statutory filings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard new EOR employees: documentation, offer letters, ESIC and PF registration
  • Serve as SPOC for EOR client HR teams and the assigned employees
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding to payroll to separation
  • Ensure compliance with Shops & Establishments Act and state-specific labour laws
  • Coordinate with payroll team for monthly salary disbursement
  • Handle employee queries: benefits, leave, reimbursements, F&F settlement
  • Maintain audit-ready documentation at all times

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in EOR, PEO or HR outsourcing roles
  • Strong knowledge of Indian labour law and statutory compliance
  • Experience managing 200+ EOR headcount preferred
  • Excellent client communication and escalation-handling skills
  • Proficiency in HRMS platforms (GreytHR, Keka or similar)

Nice to Have

  • Understanding of cross-border employment contracts
  • Exposure to global EOR (UAE / Singapore)
