About the Role
You will be the single point of contact for EOR clients, managing everything from offer letters and onboarding kits to exit formalities and statutory filings.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new EOR employees: documentation, offer letters, ESIC and PF registration
- Serve as SPOC for EOR client HR teams and the assigned employees
- Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding to payroll to separation
- Ensure compliance with Shops & Establishments Act and state-specific labour laws
- Coordinate with payroll team for monthly salary disbursement
- Handle employee queries: benefits, leave, reimbursements, F&F settlement
- Maintain audit-ready documentation at all times
Requirements
- 3–5 years in EOR, PEO or HR outsourcing roles
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour law and statutory compliance
- Experience managing 200+ EOR headcount preferred
- Excellent client communication and escalation-handling skills
- Proficiency in HRMS platforms (GreytHR, Keka or similar)
Nice to Have
- Understanding of cross-border employment contracts
- Exposure to global EOR (UAE / Singapore)
