About the Role
You will bridge Hemiton Global’s India operations team with international employment partners, ensuring compliant onboarding and payroll for employees hired across 7 countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with in-country partners for EOR onboarding in UAE, Singapore, UK, USA and Vietnam
- Manage employment contracts, visa support documents and work permit tracking
- Liaise with payroll team for multi-currency salary processing
- Track regulatory changes in each jurisdiction and flag compliance risks
- Maintain global employee data in the central HRMS
- Assist with client reporting: headcount dashboards and compliance scorecards
Requirements
- 2–4 years in international HR, global mobility or EOR coordination
- Familiarity with employment norms in UAE, UK or Singapore is a plus
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Good written English for client-facing documentation
- Experience with HRMS and document management systems
Nice to Have
- Exposure to expatriate management or global payroll
- Knowledge of a second language (Arabic / Mandarin advantageous)
