About the Role
You will be the bridge between Hemiton Global’s delivery team and clients’ IT/HR systems. Configure GreytHR, map integrations with SAP/Zoho/Keka and ensure smooth data flows for payroll and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead GreytHR configuration and implementation for new client accounts
- Map and execute integrations with SAP SuccessFactors, Zoho People, Keka and similar tools
- Conduct client system demos, training sessions and go-live support
- Troubleshoot payroll data flow issues and HRMS configuration bugs
- Document SOPs for each implementation; maintain integration playbooks
- Collaborate with payroll and compliance teams during cutover
Requirements
- 2–4 years of HRMS implementation or HR tech consulting experience
- Hands-on with GreytHR; familiarity with Keka, Zoho People or SAP HCM a plus
- Understanding of payroll data flows: gross-to-net, TDS, PF/ESIC
- Strong SQL or Excel skills for data mapping and reconciliation
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with API integrations or iPaaS tools (Zapier, Workato)
- Prior experience in a payroll outsourcing or HR tech firm
