About the Role
You will own payroll processing for 3–5 client accounts, working closely with the compliance and HR Ops teams. You will use GreytHR and interface directly with client HR teams on a daily basis.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end monthly payroll processing (gross-to-net) for assigned clients
- Statutory deductions and filings: PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, TDS
- Attendance and leave data reconciliation with client inputs
- Salary register preparation, bank advice files and payslip generation
- Handling employee payroll queries within SLA timelines
- Supporting payroll audits and MIS reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance or related field
- 1–3 years of payroll processing experience
- Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and Labour Welfare Fund
- Hands-on experience with GreytHR, Keka or similar HRMS
- Strong Excel skills; attention to detail; deadline-driven mindset
Nice to Have
- Exposure to multi-state payroll
- Experience handling global payroll inputs
